Responsibilities:- Assist the Centre Manager in establishing a thriving business centre through effective marketing and sales strategies.
- Enhance the customer experience by fostering a supportive and service-oriented culture within the centre.
- Improve the Business Centre's local, regional, and national reputation.
- Encourage collaboration with clients and partners.
- Operational Excellence: Provide exceptional service, facilities, and staff training.
- Drive financial and commercial success.
- Secure contracts for centre space and network with potential clients.
- Implement marketing initiatives in collaboration with the central Marketing Team.
- Promote a collaborative community ethos within the centre.
- Provide financial management information, including billing and revenue collection.
- Monitor and report on financial targets, managing income and expenses.
- Assist in controlling cost lines and present annual budgets and revenue plans.
- Help maintain building standards, cleanliness, health, and safety.
- Develop a culture of quality service and customer care.
- Ensure emergency procedures are established and staff are adequately trained.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and appraisals in line with company strategy.
- Ideally, 1 year of experience assisting in managing an asset of this calibre - in a Centre Manager, Hotel Management, or Property Management role.
- Previous experience in a busy office environment.
- Strong leadership skills to help manage the team towards success.
- Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
- Attention to detail and results-oriented.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills.
- Client and customer service focused.
- Self-motivated and proactive approach.
- Proficient in IT and Microsoft Office.
- 37.5 hours per week
- Monday to Friday
- 9am to 5pm
