The Role: Data Analyst for Victim Support

As a Data Analyst for our Victim Services team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our services effectively meet the needs of victims and align with the standards set by the Mayor's Office for Policing and Crime (MOPAC). You will be responsible for managing, analyzing, and reporting on critical victim support data, providing valuable insights to case workers, management, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and analyze victim support data, ensuring compliance with MOPAC guidelines and best practices.
  • Collaborate closely with case workers and management to provide timely updates on victims' needs, risk assessments, and service utilization.
  • Generate comprehensive performance reports and identify trends to continuously improve our service delivery and impact.
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including managing communication channels and assisting with operational tasks.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions.
