About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team at Sytner Group. As a key member of our service team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of care.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service and support to our customers, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Liaise with our technicians and workshop control to ensure that vehicles are serviced and repaired to the highest standards.
  • Offer expert advice and guidance to customers on our products and services, ensuring that they are fully informed and satisfied.
  • Work closely with our sales team to identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services.

We are looking for a highly organized and administratively skilled individual who is able to work in a fast-paced environment. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
