Environmental Sustainability Advisor (Remote)

Join a leading firm in the construction and energy sector as an Environmental Sustainability Advisor. This permanent position offers a competitive salary range of £35,000 - £40,000.

As part of a highly skilled sustainability consultancy, you will contribute to delivering exceptional service across various projects in the commercial, residential, and leisure industries.


Key Qualifications:
  • In-depth knowledge of current Building Regulations, specifically Part L
  • Experience with IESVE, Part O, and SBEM
  • A Level 4 NDEA qualification is advantageous but not mandatory

Responsibilities:
  • Lead sustainability initiatives for both new and existing non-domestic structures
  • Conduct energy assessments, provide consultancy on summer overheating, and generate comprehensive carbon reduction and sustainability reports
  • Support clients in achieving zero carbon and broader ESG objectives
  • Ensure the delivery of required billable work on a monthly basis
  • Enhance clients' understanding of regulatory frameworks including AD Part L, Part F, and Part O
