About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity available for a motivated Service Advisor to join our team at Sytner Group. As a Sytner Service Advisor, you will be the vital link between our customers and our workshop, providing outstanding customer care and ensuring seamless communication throughout the vehicle servicing process.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Inform and consult with customers on vehicle servicing, providing expert advice and guidance.
- Liaise with technicians and workshop control to ensure vehicles are ready on time and meet customer expectations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, building rapport and identifying customer needs.
- Offer expert advice on our products and services, driving sales and customer satisfaction.
About You

Ideally, you will have excellent organisational and administrative skills, good attention to detail, and a strong customer service background.
