About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team at Sytner Select Wakefield. As a Service Advisor, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of care.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service and support to our customers, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
- Work closely with our technicians and workshop control to ensure that vehicles are serviced efficiently and effectively.
- Communicate with customers throughout the service process, keeping them informed and up-to-date on the status of their vehicle.
- Offer expert advice on our products and services, helping customers to make informed decisions.
- Work a variety of flexible patterns, including weekends, to ensure that we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.
About You
We are looking for an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and has a willingness to learn and progress. You will have excellent organisational and administrative skills, as well as good attention to detail. A strong customer service background is beneficial, but not essential. Training is provided through our dedicated in-house Learning & Development team and outstanding manufacturer courses run by Sytner.
