About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team at Sytner Group. As a Service Advisor, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of care and attention.
About You
We are looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and have a willingness to learn and progress. You will have excellent organisational and administrative skills, as well as good attention to detail. A strong customer service background is beneficial, but not essential. Training is provided through our dedicated in-house Learning & Development team and outstanding manufacturer courses run by Sytner Group.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that our customers receive the highest level of care and attention.
- Liaise with technicians and workshop control to ensure that vehicles are ready on time.
- Inform and consult with customers on vehicle servicing and provide advice on our products and services.
- Work a variety of flexible patterns, including weekends, to ensure that we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.
