About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team at Sytner Group. As a Service Advisor, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of care.
About You
We are looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and have a willingness to learn and progress. You will have excellent organisational and administrative skills, along with good attention to detail. A strong customer service background is beneficial, but not essential. Training is provided through our dedicated in-house Learning & Development team and outstanding manufacturer courses run by Sytner.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer care and be the vital link between our customers and the workshop.
- Inform and consult on vehicle servicing and keep the customer up to date at every stage.
- Liaise with technicians/workshop control about vehicle statuses and ensure that vehicles will be ready on time.
- Give the best advice on our products and services to our customers.
