About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team at Sytner Select Wakefield. As a Service Advisor, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer care and ensuring seamless communication between our customers and the workshop.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inform and consult with customers on vehicle servicing, providing expert advice and guidance.
  • Liaise with technicians and workshop control to ensure vehicles are ready on time and meet customer expectations.
  • Provide outstanding customer service, responding to queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
About You

We are looking for an individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who is able to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
