About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team at Sytner Group. As a Service Advisor, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of care and attention.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service and support to our customers, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with our technicians and workshop team to ensure that vehicles are serviced and repaired to the highest standards.
  • Liaise with customers to discuss their vehicle's maintenance and repair needs, providing expert advice and guidance.
  • Ensure that all customer interactions are handled in a professional and courteous manner, maintaining a positive and respectful attitude at all times.
