About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team at Sytner Select Wakefield. As a Service Advisor, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer care and ensuring seamless communication between our customers and the workshop.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service and support throughout the vehicle servicing process
- Consult with customers on vehicle servicing and maintenance needs
- Liaise with technicians and workshop control to ensure efficient vehicle processing and timely completion
- Offer expert advice on our products and services to customers
About You
We welcome applications from individuals with a strong customer service background and excellent communication skills. While prior experience is not necessary, you will have a willingness to learn and progress.
