About the Role:
As an Information Management Analyst at Sword Group, you will play a vital role in our client's information management team. You will contribute to a collaborative environment and deliver top-notch IM services tailored to various business functions.
Your responsibilities will involve analyzing and improving asset data management processes. You will utilize your technical knowledge to enhance data collection, storage, and retrieval processes, ultimately increasing efficiency and streamlining information delivery during the asset operational phase. Your contributions to developing and implementing strategies for improved information governance and data quality will be crucial in enhancing service delivery and enabling the organization to make informed decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain digital information management solutions and best practices.
- Collaborate with business units to assess information needs and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Assist in project delivery by adhering to company project management methodologies.
- Drive enhancements in business processes, focusing on information flow efficiency, document retention, and information protection.
- Manage access to information stores, analyze security access requests, and maintain folder structure.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of policies and processes within corporate management systems.
- Coordinate solution deployment and adoption.
Requirements:
- Experience in Asset Information Management.
- Knowledge of ISO 19650 standards.
- Experience engaging with stakeholders at various organizational levels.
- Experience in developing, implementing, and rolling out IM best practices.
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft suite, adept at measuring, reporting, and presenting information.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in BIM Coordination and management.
- Demonstrated success in delivering COBie data.
- Experience in the Energy sector would be advantageous.
