We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Lead Developer to join our team at PEXA Group. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of ServiceNow solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive business requirements and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver sustainable ServiceNow solutions.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our systems and technologies, embedding this knowledge in ServiceNow to support our 1st Line support teams.
  • Ensure IT security and risk management processes are followed, mitigating potential risks and minimizing exposure.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of ServiceNow development and configuration experience.
  • Experience with web technologies, including XML, HTML, JavaScript, and Web Services.
  • ServiceNow qualifications and ITIL Certification are advantageous.
