Job Summary

At KPMG-UnitedKingdom, we are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow Enterprise Architect to lead the development of our technology strategy for ServiceNow. This key role will be responsible for creating a roadmap that guides our investment priorities and transformation portfolio. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of ServiceNow and the ability to promote a seamless, end-to-end customer and employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Maintain a high level of technical knowledge, including current, emerging, and future technology market trends and their impact on the business.
  2. Develop and maintain expert knowledge of KPMG's technology ecosystem, including the main applications and technologies that interact with ServiceNow technologies.
  3. Build and maintain the ServiceNow technology roadmap and architecture for KPMG assets, working with Capability CTOs, and business and technical SMEs where relevant.
  4. Work with Capability CTOs, technical SMEs, and specific projects to analyse and translate business requirements into technical requirements, ensuring that these are feasible.
  5. Contribute to the selection of specific ServiceNow technologies.
  6. Influence business and technology stakeholders to adopt the right technology solutions.
  7. Support the design and implementation of operating models that improve the design and delivery of successful ServiceNow deployments.

Requirements

  1. Expert knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, beyond ITSM (SecOps, HRSD, GRC, BCM, APM, CMDB, Customer Service Mgmt, IT Ops Mgmt).
  2. Certified ServiceNow System Administrator and Implementation Specialist.
  3. Strong experience in Service Management toolset implementation and have progressed from a ServiceNow technical lead.
  4. Pre-sales experience of ServiceNow solutions.
  5. Design of complex integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise solutions, based on Integration Hub, Mid Server, SSO, JSON, SOAP, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST, SCP, and SFTP.
  6. ITIL and/or TOGAF qualified.
  7. Experience of working with Agile SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle Management) methods.
  8. Data architecture and master data management.
  9. Able to explain technical concepts to a non-technical audience in a way that is relevant, easy to consume, and compelling.
