This is a unique opportunity for a fluent German-speaking commercial leader to take on a significant role that combines strategic planning and hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting in-depth market analysis to identify consumer behaviour and competitive activities within the German retail sector.
  • Crafting and implementing a comprehensive sales strategy aimed at capturing and growing the market share.
  • Managing existing partnerships with distributors, with the ultimate goal of establishing direct-to-retail supply channels.
  • Working closely with the Marketing team to ensure brand consistency and effective promotional activities that resonate with the local market.
  • Building, leading, and mentoring a first-class sales team equipped to support the company's growth and market presence in Germany.
Requirements:
  • A fluent German speaking commercial leader with an in-depth knowledge of the German retail market.
  • A Blue Chip FMCG background.
  • A proven track record in devising and successfully executing retail market strategies.
  • Strategic thinking, outstanding relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to relocate to Frankfurt in the mid-to-long term.
