As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance in our accommodation facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Ensure that all bedrooms and public areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards, adhering to our health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Restock and tidy housekeeping trolleys and cupboards at the end of each shift, ensuring that all necessary supplies are available for the next shift.
  • Report any faulty equipment or maintenance issues to the relevant authorities, following our established reporting procedures.
  • Perform other reasonable tasks as requested by management, supporting the smooth operation of our hospitality services.

Working Hours: Our Casual Room Attendants work a variety of shifts between 9:00 and 15:00, Monday to Sunday, with the number of shifts varying per week. We require flexibility and a willingness to work on an as-and-when-required basis to meet the needs of our business.

Benefits: As a Casual Room Attendant at Cranfield University, you will receive uniform and in-house training, as well as the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team environment.
