This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious, capable person who will support our Head of sales and build our retail presence in the UK/EU. We are based at Cranfield Innovation Centre, Cranfield.
A satisfied customer base and growing topline sales with high service level will be the measure of your success.
**Key Responsibilities**:You will work closely with the Team to carry out the following tasks effectively:
- input orders into Sage Line 50.
- Check the accuracy of orders and follow their progress through to being delivered. This involves working with our warehhouses in the UK and the EU using their warehouse management systems.
- maintaining sales records, and compiling sales reports. You may also be required to liaize with other departments, and help our customers to stock our range.
- Complete new line forms for new listings, manage and keep records of customer promotions
- Updating stock levels on website, Amazon.
- Complete export documentation for overseas customers
**Skills Required: T**o be successful in this role you will need to be:
- Cheerful and efficient customer service and problem solving using initiative.
- excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to work in a team, persistence and to work well under pressure when required.
- To use EXCEL, WORD, POWERPOINT competently
- Have a good working knowledge of SAGE Line 50 accounting.
- Have previous experience in a similar role in a manufacturing environment, preferably the food industry.
- Be able to work to tight deadlines with a flexible working approach to varying work loads

**Salary**:Depends on experience. Competitive. 28 days holiday, pension, loads of Tea. SSP.
