Order Processing Administrator

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
1. Sales Order Processing
- Sales order processing, including maintenance of printed and computer records in Excel.
- Generation of internal order processing paperwork using Excel.
- Generation of order confirmation paperwork.
- Generation of sales invoices and delivery paperwork.
- Arranging export paperwork and shipment for returned goods.
- Providing clearance instructions for imports.
- Tracking progress of sales orders with international suppliers.
2. Receiving/Shipping
- Answer queries from shipping companies on the import and export of goods within UK, Europe and Worldwide.
- Perform incoming inspection of all shipments, ensuring that the correct goods reach the customer, and that returned goods are correctly logged.
- Tracking shipments to ensure any delays are quickly resolved.
3. General Office Administration
- Assist with telephone reception.
- Maintain stocks of stationery, product literature and demo equipment.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
