Job Title: Front of House Receptionist

Location: Walsall and Lichfield Clinics

Job Type: Permanent

Hours: 24 hours a week, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front of House Receptionist to join our team at our Walsall and Lichfield Clinics. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the clinic.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome customers, supporting them throughout their visit
  • Answer and manage incoming customer queries via phone and email
  • Maintain a well-presented reception and waiting area
  • Ensure customer reports are dispatched within the desired timeframe
  • Manage customer paperwork, including appointment packs and consent forms
  • Process payments, invoices, and credit notes
  • Organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines

Requirements:

  • Administrative experience in a healthcare environment
  • Excellent customer service skills and a customer-focused approach
  • Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple tasks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • PC literate with excellent knowledge of MS Office packages
