Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Line Up Aviation. As a Product Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collate and analyze non-conformance data to identify trends and risks to the business, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Implement and verify permanent corrective actions to prevent future non-conformities.
  • Collate business KPIs for communication at all levels.
  • Analyze data to include CQN (Rework/Scrap), returns, and yields.
  • Facilitate Practical Problem Solving activities to determine root causes and implement robust corrective actions.
  • Support the successful transfer of new products into manufacturing, analyzing historical data and using lessons learned.
  • Facilitate non-conformance meetings at all levels, providing information concerning products and escalating issues.
  • Manage customer concerns and escapes, dealing with inter-company facilities across Europe and external customers.
  • Manage inscapes between business units within manufacturing.
  • Interface with the Programs Quality representative and the wider Quality teams, sharing data packs and progression of non-conformities and improvements.

Requirements:

  • Ideal candidate will be qualified to minimum HNC/HND in relevant subject or with relevant work experience.
  • Demonstrate excellent analytical skills with the ability to use data to identify trends and drive improvements.
  • Ability and confidence to report to all levels of the business.
  • Strong Practical Problem Solving skills, being able to lead and facilitate activities leading to improvements.
  • Good planning and organizing skills to ensure multiple tasks are prioritized and monitored to deliver set objectives.
  • Highly self-motivated and demonstrate a determination and persistence to deliver results despite obstacles and setbacks.
