About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Quality Specialist to lead the integration and optimization of SAP systems and drive improvements in quality assurance processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the integration of SAP systems, with a focus on SAP Quality Management (QM) and supporting software changes and testing.
  • Utilize business intelligence and analytics tools to identify and prevent quality issues, leveraging predictive analytics to drive innovation.
  • Manage user support and provide training on SAP systems and quality management tools.
  • Drive continuous improvement across the product lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement best practices.
  • Lead the development and deployment of new tools and dashboards to enhance quality management.
About You
  • Operational experience in product quality management.
  • Experience working in an aerospace or defence engineering business (preferred but not essential).
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems, particularly SAP QM / SAP HANA, with project and change management experience (beneficial but not essential).
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive, results-driven attitude.
