Retail Store Manager

Job Summary:
Zachary Daniels is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our team in a new store opening in a prime location. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and service excellence, managing a large team, and making commercial decisions to benefit the store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of sales assistants to achieve high levels of sales and service
- Ensure customer-centric interactions at all times
- Make commercial decisions to drive sales and profitability
- Manage the performance of sales assistants and provide coaching and development opportunities
- Operate the store efficiently and effectively, with a focus on delivery and productivity
- Drive retail sales and performance through effective management and leadership
- Recruit, induct, and train new team members to focus on sales and adding value to the sales process
- Monitor and analyze business performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to drive growth
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a retail management role, with a strong track record of driving sales and service excellence
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Commercial acumen and the ability to make informed decisions to drive business growth
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivery and productivity
