Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Trade Sales Assistant to join our team at Ritz Recruitment.

About the Role: As a Trade Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the Branch Manager in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Deliver outstanding customer service that exceeds all customer expectations, approaching customers and ensuring they are dealt with efficiently, courteously, and promptly.
  • Sales Duties: Deal with customers' orders and queries in a confident, efficient, and professional manner, maintaining comprehensive product knowledge and identifying improvements to processes to enhance customer service, reduce costs, and improve margin.
  • Display Management: Create effective, up-to-date displays in the showroom, ensuring all products are clearly coded, priced, and well presented.
  • Delivery and Resolution: Check off all deliveries accurately and promptly, ensuring relevant paperwork is passed on efficiently, and resolve customer issues/enquiries to a satisfactory conclusion.
  • Deputising: Be prepared to deputise effectively in the absence of the Branch Manager or Assistant Manager.
