Trade Sales Representative

Job Summary:
Ritz Recruitment Limited is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Trade Sales Assistant to join our team. As a Trade Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Branch Manager in achieving sales targets and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring that all customers receive a prompt, efficient, and professional experience.
- Process customer orders and queries with confidence, efficiency, and a high level of professionalism.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge to effectively match customer needs with the best available products.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance customer service, reduce costs, and increase margin.
- Ensure accurate and timely delivery of products, with relevant paperwork passed on efficiently.
- Resolve customer issues and enquiries to a satisfactory conclusion.
- Create visually appealing and well-maintained displays in the showroom, ensuring all products are clearly coded, priced, and presented.
- Process customer requirements efficiently, promptly, and in line with delivery promises.
- Ensure all promises made to customers are realistic, achievable, and completed.
- Be prepared to deputise effectively in the absence of the Branch Manager or Assistant Manager.
