Job Summary:

Ritz Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Trade Sales Assistant to join our team. As a Trade Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Branch Manager in achieving sales targets and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Duties:
    • Deliver outstanding customer service that exceeds all customer expectations.
    • Approach customers in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring they are dealt with efficiently and promptly.
    • Handle customers' orders and queries in a confident, efficient, and professional manner.
    • Maintain comprehensive product knowledge to effectively match customer needs to the best product available.
    • Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance customer service, reduce costs, and improve margin.
    • Check off all deliveries accurately and promptly, ensuring relevant paperwork is passed on efficiently.
    • Resolve any customer issues/enquiries to a satisfactory conclusion.
    • Create effective, up-to-date displays in the showroom, ensuring all products are clearly coded, priced, and well presented.
    • Process specific customer requirements efficiently and promptly to meet delivery promises.
    • Ensure all promises made to customers are realistic, achievable, and completed.
    • Be prepared to deputize effectively in the absence of the Branch Manager or Assistant Manager.
