About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Swarovski. As a key member of our retail leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a passion for luxury retail and a commitment to excellence in customer service.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders to drive business results.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives, including recruitment, coaching, and training of store staff.
  • Support the implementation of visual merchandising and store operations to maintain a high-quality store environment.
  • Collaborate with the store team to achieve sales targets, manage inventory, and maintain a positive store culture.
About You

We are looking for an experienced retail professional with a proven track record of success in a similar role. You will have:

  • 1-2 years' experience working in a multicultural retail environment.
  • Experience or a keen interest in luxury fashion, cosmetics, or lifestyle brands.
  • Leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Digital proficiency, learning agility, and a growth mindset.
  • A winning personality to easily establish trustful relationships.
