The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, and implementing sales strategies to maximize store profits.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Leading the team in delivering great customer service and achieving sales targets.
- Responsible for all aspects of store operation, ensuring policies and procedures are understood and implemented by all the team.
- Motivate and develop the team to improve performance.
- Responsible for stock management and visual merchandising, together with head office.
- Be expert product and fit advisor, training team and providing customer advice.
- Ensure that the brand ethos is understood and shared by all the team.
- Representing the company within the local retail community.
Requirements
- Previous retail management experience is essential, ideally within the lingerie business.
- Possess great communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
- Budget management experience, including payroll.
- Leadership and training skills.
What We Offer
- 37.5 hours a week.
- Salary £29k-34K, including London weighting and dependent on experience.
- 30 days holiday (including bank holidays) increasing to 33 days with length of service.
