Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Financial Planning Team Leader to join our team at Evelyn Partners. As a key member of our financial planning team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality financial planning and wealth management advice to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

* Build and develop trusted relationships with current and potential clients
* Deliver financial planning and wealth management advice
* Work within the context of an agreed business plan
* Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members
* Monitor team performance; mentor and support staff
* Lead a team
* Execute the annual Business Plan in line with agreed individual targets
* Build new client relationships and maintain and develop existing client relationships
* Structure and lead client meetings in a professional manner
* Ensure clients have the right advice to achieve their financial objectives
* Work in partnership with Investment Management and Professional Services colleagues to develop client relationships
* Maintain comprehensive client records

Requirements:

* Previous experience within a Financial Planning/Advisory role
* Experience of people management as a Team Leader
* Proven ability to deal with new and existing clients on a fee basis
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to analyse client information and highlight requirements to make suitable recommendations
* Technical/product knowledge and effective communication of wide-ranging holistic financial planning strategies and solutions
* Ability to work under pressure and to prioritise work
* Experience of operating within a risk management framework
* Holds a minimum of a relevant level 4 qualification or above
