Lead a Team of Financial Planners

We are seeking an experienced Financial Planner to lead our team of 5 Financial Planners in Sussex. As a Financial Planning Leader, you will be responsible for managing the team, providing advice to clients, and driving business growth.

The ideal candidate will have a natural ability to lead from the front, a thirst for growth, and a drive to take the team and region forward. You will have great energy, enthusiasm, and the ability to challenge the Partner you report into.

We offer an above market salary of up to £120,000, two bonus schemes, and benefits. If you are a motivated and experienced Financial Planner looking for a new challenge, please apply.
