Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. is on the lookout for a dynamic Biotech Sales Account Executive to become part of our exceptional sales team. At Thermo Fisher Scientific, our mission is to empower our clients to create a healthier, cleaner, and safer world.
This position involves 4 days at our Inchinnan Glasgow Site and 1 day of remote work, along with 25% travel across the UK and occasional visits to Sweden.
Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively manage and expand a portfolio of biotech accounts, driving revenue and achieving sales objectives.
- Establish and nurture robust relationships with key stakeholders and influencers within the biotech field.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess customer needs and deliver exceptional service.
- Thrive in a competitive sales environment, keeping abreast of industry developments and product knowledge.
- Utilize effective sales techniques to uncover new business opportunities and enhance market visibility.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- A minimum of 2 years of inside sales experience within the biotech or life sciences sector.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities.
- Strong comprehension of the industry and capability to identify customer needs.
- Proven track record in executing sales strategies and achieving sales targets.
