Job Summary:

As a Sales Account Manager for Thermo Fisher Scientific, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the biotech industry. This role requires a strong understanding of the industry and the ability to foster and nurture relationships with a diverse range of customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the biotech industry
  • Foster and nurture strong relationships with customers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful sales strategies and initiatives
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts
  • Conduct market research to determine customer needs and preferences
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to customers
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the science industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
