We are seeking a highly skilled People Operations Advisor to join our team at Elvie. As a key member of our People Team, you will play a critical role in shaping the employee experience and driving business success.
Key Responsibilities- Manage our HRIS system, HiBob, to ensure accurate and timely data management.
- Oversee global payrolls, utilizing Payfit, Sequoia, and Deel, to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Develop and implement data-driven insights to inform business decisions and improve HR services.
- Provide regular reporting on people metrics to support business growth and development.
- Support remuneration activities, including benchmarking, pay reviews, and annual budget planning.
- Administer people processes, such as career development, remuneration, and talent development, to ensure alignment with our focus on a great total employee experience.
- Establish and implement progressive and accessible HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with employment law and best practices.
- Collaborate with the Lead People Partner to manage the people budget and ensure effective resource allocation.
- Support the smooth running of people changes and day-to-day administration for the People Team.
- Manage the employee lifecycle from a policy and process perspective, ensuring a seamless experience for all employees.
- Champion employee wellbeing, mental, physical, and financial, and provide support and resources as needed.
- Strong People Operations background and experience.
- Broad knowledge of employment law and best practices in the UK, with experience working across multiple geographies a plus.
- Excellent data analytics and insights skills, with the ability to utilize data to improve HR services.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with tact and discretion.
- Proactive, pragmatic, and commercial approach, with a can-do attitude and ability to think creatively.

- 9-day fortnight working pattern, with every other Friday as a non-working day.
