Job Title: Front Office Team Member

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Front Office Team Member to join our team at IBIS London City Shoreditch. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide warm and personalized welcome to guests, making them feel valued and respected.
  • Anticipate and meet the needs of guests, ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
  • Handle guest requests and inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the front office team to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the hotel by maintaining high standards of customer service and quality.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in English.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
  • Positive problem-solving approach and time management skills.
  • Customer service experience, preferably in a hospitality environment.
