Front Office Team Member

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Front Office Team Member to join our team at IBIS London City Shoreditch. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable moments for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:- Guest Relations: Provide a warm and personalized welcome to our guests, ensuring they feel valued and cared for throughout their stay.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk area, handling guest inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Communication: Maintain effective communication with guests, colleagues, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Problem-Solving: Anticipate and resolve guest concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
- Fluency in English: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to understand and communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
- Customer Service: Proven experience in providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and resolve problems in a timely and effective manner.
- Time-Keeping: Reliable and punctual, with a strong attention to detail.
