About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at The Advocate Group. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the on-trade market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and target key multiple accounts in your assigned territory to increase sales and brand awareness.
  • Influence key bartenders and decision-makers to adopt our premium mixer brand.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure timely and efficient service.
  • Continuously monitor and analyze sales data to optimize sales strategies and maximize revenue.
  • Represent the brand at events and tastings to build brand awareness and establish relationships with key stakeholders.
About You
  • Proven experience in sales or hospitality, with a strong understanding of the on-trade market.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • A passion for the drinks industry and a deep understanding of the premium mixer market.
