Key Responsibilities- Conduct patient consultations both remotely and in-person.
- Monitor and assess patients' health conditions.
- Perform urine sample testing and health education.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals.
- Participate in a well-established medical and nursing team.
- Consider both full-time and part-time session options, including shared extended hours.

Team CompositionOur practice employs a diverse MDT workforce, including paramedics, clinical pharmacists, and pharmacy technicians.

Quality of CareWe pride ourselves on high QOF achievement and the comprehensive delivery of enhanced services.
Clinical ResponsibilitiesProvide expert health assessments, diagnoses, and treatment services to patients. Order necessary diagnostic tests and communicate results to patients following clinic protocols.
Documentation and StandardsEnsure all care provided and patient education is accurately documented in health records. Maintain professional standards through ongoing medical education and personal development.
Professional ConductAdhere to legislation and standards of General Practice, reflecting the company's values and mission in your practice. Respond to feedback and complaints in a constructive manner.
This position is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975, requiring a Disclosure submission to the Disclosure and Barring Service for any prior criminal convictions.
