About the Role
The University Medical Group is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Salaried General Practitioner to join our clinical team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality medical services to our patients, working autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide a full range of medical services, including routine check-ups, health screenings, and treatment of acute and chronic conditions.
- Develop and implement care plans for patients with complex health needs, in consultation with patients and other healthcare professionals.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and effective management of patient flow.
- Participate in clinical auditing and data collection to improve patient outcomes and practice performance.
- Support undergraduate student training and GP registrar training in practice.
- Attend team meetings and other clinical meetings as necessary.
Requirements
- Registered General Practitioner with the GMC.
- Right to work in the UK and be on the NHS Performers List.
- Ability to provide high-quality care and excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of EMIS Web and other clinical computer systems.
