We are a large, innovative, and forward-thinking practice working together as Earley + Primary Care Network, serving approximately 31,000 patients across four sites. Our team of around 130 people includes various healthcare professionals, such as allied health professionals, doctors, physician associates, and support staff.

Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive General Practitioner to join our multi-disciplinary team for 5 sessions per week. As a salaried GP, you will be part of a strong team ethos underpinned by Christian values, with opportunities for clinical leadership and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality medical services to our patients, including day-to-day activities such as surgery consultations, telephone advice, and home visits.
  • Comply with the requirements of our General Medical Services/Personal Medical Services (GMS/PMS) contract, Enhanced Services contracts, and private contracts.
  • Adhere to the principles of good medical practice.
About the Role

As a salaried GP, you will work as part of our clinical team, providing a high level of service to our patients. We use the EMIS Clinical system and have a strong emphasis on proactive teamwork. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing clinical uncertainty and risk in their own clinical practice and while supervising a team of allied health professionals.

  • Fully qualified GP with current GMC membership.
  • Desirable experience of working with EMIS.
