About the Role

The University Medical Group is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Salaried General Practitioner to join our clinical team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality medical services to our patients, working autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide a full range of medical services, including routine check-ups, health screenings, and treatment of acute and chronic conditions.
  • Develop and implement care plans for patients with complex health needs, in consultation with patients and other healthcare professionals.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and effective management of patient pathways.
  • Participate in clinical audits and data collection to improve patient outcomes and practice performance.
  • Support the training and development of undergraduate students and GP registrars.
  • Contribute to the effective management of the practice, leading by example and maintaining a positive, collaborative working relationship with the team.

Requirements

  • Registered General Practitioner with the GMC.
  • Right to work in the UK and be on the NHS Performers List.
  • Ability to provide high-quality care and excellent communication skills.
  • Knowledge of EMIS Web and other clinical computer systems.
