Account Manager Opportunity

C&M Travel Recruitment is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, understanding their strategic goals and objectives, and consultatively selling value-added solutions and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of clients, understanding their needs and developing strategic business plans to drive growth and retention.
  • Deliver regular strategic reviews of the travel programme, ensuring SLAs are met and driving contract renewals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients at all levels, including stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Identify and absorb buying signals, using this information to consultatively sell relevant solutions.
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive growth.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional account management in the corporate travel sector.
  • Experience in writing client development business plans and strategic reviews.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to analyze data to inform business decisions.
What We Offer:
  • A basic salary in the region of £45,000 - £50,000 depending on experience.
