Customer Service Advisor

We're seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor to join our team at Think Specialist Recruitment. As a key member of our support staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support for customers and partners via phone, email, and webchat.
  • Manage day-to-day administration, coordination, and ordering of company products and services.
  • Assist with technical support and faults.
  • Be responsible for administration on our in-house systems and supplier portals.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in an office or call centre environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and navigating software applications.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary between £24,000 to £26,000 depending on experience.
