Position Summary

Job Title: Support Worker

Hours: 33 hours plus 2 sleep-in shifts

Shift Pattern: 3-week rota covering Monday to Sunday

P3 is seeking a driven and empathetic individual to assist in transforming the lives of those experiencing homelessness. The role of Support Worker involves working with individuals who may be dealing with homelessness, substance misuse, mental health challenges, or a history of criminal behavior.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with those we support to foster independence and provide both practical and emotional assistance. Responsibilities include developing support plans and conducting risk assessments. This position is based in our hostel, requiring overnight stays, and may involve travel throughout the region to deliver community support. Flexibility to cover shifts at short notice may also be necessary.
