**Job Summary**

Creative Support is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Recovery Support Worker to join our team in Derby, Derbyshire. As a key member of our staff team, you will provide high-quality support to individuals with mental health support needs, enabling them to live fulfilling lives.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and maintain strong, trusting relationships with service users, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Encourage and support service users to engage in a range of social activities, both within and outside their homes, to enhance their quality of life.
  • Conduct regular welfare checks, assist with appointments, and provide excellent tenancy support to ensure the smooth running of our services.

**Requirements:**

  • A passion for providing person-centered care and support to individuals with mental health support needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with service users, colleagues, and external partners.
  • Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays, to meet the needs of our services.
