Position Summary

Job Title: Support Worker

Hours: 33 hours with 2 overnight shifts

Shift Pattern: 3-week rotation covering all days of the week

P3 is seeking a dedicated and empathetic individual to join our mission of transforming lives for those experiencing homelessness. The Support Worker will assist individuals who may be dealing with homelessness, substance misuse, mental health challenges, or a history of criminal behavior.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with those we support to foster independence and provide both practical and emotional assistance. Responsibilities include developing personalized support plans and conducting risk assessments. The role is based in our hostel, requiring overnight stays, and may involve travel within the region to offer community support. Flexibility to cover shifts at short notice may also be necessary.
