Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic dietitian to lead our Heart Failure and Cardiology Dietetic service, as well as provide leadership for the other three Chronic diseases teams (Bariatrics, Diabetes & Renal) based at our hospital.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead the Heart Failure and Cardiology Dietetic service
  • Provide leadership for the Bariatrics, Diabetes & Renal teams
  • Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes
  • Conduct clinical audits and research to inform practice
Requirements
  • HCPC current registration
  • Evidence of continuing professional development
  • Postgraduate training in speciality clinical area
  • Membership of BDA and relevant specialist group
Desirable Skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize workload and lead teams
  • Motivation and behavioral change skills
