We are seeking an experienced and dynamic dietitian to lead our Heart Failure and Cardiology Dietetic service, as well as provide leadership for the other three Chronic diseases teams (Bariatrics, Diabetes & Renal) based at our hospital.
Main Responsibilities- Lead the Heart Failure and Cardiology Dietetic service
- Provide leadership for the Bariatrics, Diabetes & Renal teams
- Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes
- Conduct clinical audits and research to inform practice
- HCPC current registration
- Evidence of continuing professional development
- Postgraduate training in speciality clinical area
- Membership of BDA and relevant specialist group
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize workload and lead teams
- Motivation and behavioral change skills
