About the Role

The Facilities Coordinator will work closely with the Fitout and Facilities Team Leader to provide a comprehensive facilities management service across Flight Centre's portfolio of offices and retail stores. Based in Head Office, the individual will be required to be strong across many disciplines within facilities management, including hard and soft services, workplace H&S. There will be a particular focus on the operational management of the company Head Office, as well as liaising with contractors, suppliers, and colleagues in local shops/offices across the UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a comprehensive facilities management service across Flight Centre's portfolio of offices and retail stores
  • Work closely with the Fitout and Facilities Team Leader to ensure effective facilities management
  • Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and colleagues in local shops/offices across the UK
  • Manage data and documents within a property environment
  • Ensure compliance with relevant statutory and regulatory requirements
