Job Title: Service Performance Manager

Transport for London (TfL) is seeking a highly skilled Service Performance Manager to join our Technology Service Operations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our core infrastructure and services, which are critical to the safe and efficient running of London's transport services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the transition and introduction of new services into our operationally live environment.
  • Oversee the performance of services within your portfolio, including suppliers and internal teams, to ensure compliance with TfL's mandatory standards and policies.
  • Analyse reports and data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance service delivery.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to understand business needs and priorities.
  • Ensure compliance with change, release, and configuration management processes to protect our live environment and minimize disruption to customers.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in technology and IT services, with a strong understanding of service management and ITSM toolsets.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at a senior leader level.
  • Experience of managing suppliers and negotiating complex service contracts.
  • Knowledge of ITIL V4 Service Management certification and cloud computing service models.
