Key Responsibilities:- Manage the transition and introduction of new services into our operationally live environment.
- Oversee the performance of services within your portfolio, including suppliers and internal teams, to ensure compliance with TfL's mandatory standards and policies.
- Analyse reports and data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance service delivery.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to understand business needs and priorities.
- Ensure compliance with change, release, and configuration management processes to protect our live environment and minimize disruption to customers.
- Proven experience in technology and IT services, with a strong understanding of service management and ITSM toolsets.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at a senior leader level.
- Experience of managing suppliers and negotiating complex service contracts.
- Knowledge of ITIL V4 Service Management certification and cloud computing service models.
