Position Overview:
The Recruitment Co is seeking dedicated individuals for the role of Customer Service Consultant. This position is essential for ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM, with a rotation of Saturdays from 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Welcome and assist clients upon arrival.
2. Manage both incoming and outgoing service appointments and vehicle maintenance requests.
3. Develop and implement a communication strategy for each client, keeping them updated on their vehicle's status through various channels such as phone, text, and email.
4. Provide clear and comprehensive explanations regarding any additional services recommended, ensuring clients understand their options.
5. Address customer feedback and concerns, demonstrating a commitment to resolving issues effectively.
6. Maintain accurate records and databases of customer interactions.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a similar capacity.
- Outstanding customer service abilities.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly telephone demeanor.
- A genuine enthusiasm for delivering exceptional service and the capability to address challenges promptly.

Technical Skills:
- Proficient in computer usage.
