Position Overview

Gleeson Recruitment Group is pleased to partner with a well-established and reputable financial services organization in their quest for a Marketing Campaign Strategist to enhance their marketing efforts.

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for orchestrating, overseeing, and executing the organization’s marketing initiatives aimed at their clientele. Your expertise will be crucial in crafting and implementing campaigns, content, and communications through various marketing platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Senior Marketing Manager to devise and execute proactive, high-impact campaigns and content that elevate brand visibility and align with the strategic business objectives.
  • Facilitate the adoption of a digital marketing strategy to boost awareness and engagement through channels such as email, social media, online sponsorships, and the corporate website.
  • Lead the development of content tailored for campaigns and selected channels.
  • Produce all campaign-related materials, including blogs, social media updates, articles, and video storyboards, while coordinating with creative teams to develop compelling visual assets.
  • Design marketing initiatives that foster lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention.
  • Evaluate and report on the performance of all campaigns, tactics, and channels.
  • Formulate and implement recommendations for campaign and channel enhancements to promote a culture of strategic planning and ongoing improvement.
  • Proactively identify and cultivate marketing opportunities that align with the brand’s objectives in innovative ways.
  • Assist with various marketing projects as directed by the Senior Marketing Manager or Head of Marketing, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget constraints, and compliance with all regulatory standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Demonstrated experience in campaign management and execution across diverse marketing channels.
  • Proficient in managing multiple multi-channel campaigns concurrently.
  • Strong creative aptitude with exceptional copywriting and narrative skills.
  • Familiarity with the Financial Services sector, particularly within a client-side marketing environment.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret metrics, trends, and results to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Exceptional planning, organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.
  • Capacity to thrive under pressure and meet stringent deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or similar design software.
