About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to join our team at Marston Holdings, a leading multi-disciplinary design, engineering, and landscape architecture consultancy. As a key member of our Kerbside Management team, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing strategies to improve the management of kerbside infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Kerbside Management Strategies
    • Develop a deep understanding of industry trends and innovations in kerbside management
    • Ensure projects are secured in line with business commercial guidelines and meet quality, financial, and client satisfaction objectives
  • Lead and Mentor Direct Reports and Teams
    • Lead and mentor direct reports and teams of consultants to support project delivery
    • Ensure staff are provided with the appropriate information technology and training to maintain high-quality service delivery
  • Deliver Expert Technical Support and Services
    • Manage programmes of work and deliver expert technical support, input, and services in the delivery of kerbside management projects
    • Prepare and assist with bid submissions for new work, including one-off projects and long-term framework contracts
  • Provide Commercial Management and Project Programming
    • Provide commercial management, project programming, resource management, risk assessment, quality checking, and delivery management
    • Authorise project work and ensure compliance with business policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Demonstrable Knowledge and Expertise
    • Demonstrable knowledge and expertise in kerbside management design and implementation
  • Seasoned Professional with Substantial Experience
    • Seasoned professional with substantial experience in professional discipline and recognised in the industry
  • Effective Mentoring and Training Skills
    • Highly effective mentoring and training skills to develop and support staff
  • Knowledge and Experience of Financial Management
    • Knowledge and experience of financial management for significant project and programme values
What We Offer
